Missions: Attached to the company's production manager, you work with a team of 10 people and are in charge of assembling textile articles from A to Z. You work in an artisanal spirit and on versatile tasks. Specifically, you:
- Receive folders consisting of mounting plans and ranges as well as soft fabrics and materials,
- Do their preparation, assembly and assembly using a sewing machine according to the defined plane and lines,
- Work in accordance with quality, safety and production requirements,
- Perform maintenance and cleaning of your work equipment.
You're running on a triple-training flat sting machine. Training is provided when starting the job to familiarize yourself with the working environment.
Profile sought: You justify an experience in industrial sewing or clothing, and ideally have a CAP/BEP training in clothing or saddlery. You can read and understand a plan. You work independently, with dexterity and precision. You show versatility.
Timetable: Weekly hourly base: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, daily hours: 8H-12H45 13H30-15H45

Your missions:
1. Prospect for commercial development
Development of international sales to ensure growth of turnover in foreign markets
Piloting incoming and outgoing Leads
International prospect: phoning, mailing, shows.
2. Negotiation and sale:
Prepare and present market offers tailored to customer needs
Negotiate terms and conditions of sale (prices, deadlines, payment conditions, etc.) in accordance with company commercial policy
3. Customer tracking and support:
Management of client and prospect business records
Loyalty, customer tracking
File qualification, update of lead information and CRM interactions
4. Market analysis and competitive monitoring
5. Reporting and analysis
Profile sought:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Interest in prospecting and selling B2B internationally
Active listening ability towards prospects.
A good command of English is essential, mastering a second language would be a plus.
