Ideal to protect from sun or weather The benches, they independently protect the port and starboard benches. They are used as soon as the vessel is parked for extended periods, in port, dry, or throughout the wintering period. They shall be removed to move the vessel on a trailer.

Fixed on the rear balcony, it protects from the sun, in navigation only the bar. At anchorage, it may be extended by a canvas (booked with) tense forward, which is fixed by straps on the haubans, chains and/or candlesticks.
