The aft canopy creates an additional living space. Completely waterproof it is not compatible with the bimini. The glass panels on the sides can be rolled.

The steering systems and wheel bars of sailboats need to be permanently protected to defend lubrication inside the gears. Similarly, the bar cover allows good protection of the wheel bar cover.

Fixed on the rear balcony, it protects from the sun, in navigation only the bar. At anchorage, it may be extended by a canvas (booked with) tense forward, which is fixed by straps on the haubans, chains and/or candlesticks.
